If something happens

As our student, we want you to feel safe and secure. We are here to help you if anything happens that makes you feel targeted or vulnerable, or if you are injured or involved in an incident.

Call 112

Always contact SOS Alarm in the event of an emergency or immediate danger, call 112.

Download the SOS Alarm App

An SOS Alarm app is available. Calling from the app makes it easier for the operators to find the right location.
When you call from the app, you must say:

  • That you are calling from Lund University.
  • The building where the emergency has occurred.
  • The address where the emergency has occurred.

Download the SOS Alarm app from the SOS Alarm website

Call the University security control centre, 20 700

You can also call the University’s emergency number: +46 (0)46 222 07 00 (the number is also found on the back of your LU card). The security control centre is available 24 hours a day.
