Transcript of records from Ladok

View details of your studies in Ladok

Ladok is a national student record system. In Ladok you can register for courses and view your grades and your study results.
You can also generate an official transcript of records.

If you are a current student at Lund University, you can view your academic details and results in Ladok and you can use the system to generate and print out a transcript of records, among other things. You can log in to Ladok using your student account.

Check and update your details in Ladok

It is important that you make sure that your contact details and personal information in Ladok are up-to-date. The University needs to have correct information to be able to issue correct transcripts and diplomas.

Please update your contact information in the following way:

  • Log in to Ladok.
  • Click on 'My pages' in the main menu.
  • Edit your contact information.
  • Click on 'Save'.

If you have received a personal identity number ('personnummer') from the Swedish Tax Agency ('Skatteverket'), please send an email stating your temporary as well as your new personal identification number to ladok [at] stu [dot] lu [dot] se (ladok[at]stu[dot]lu[dot]se).

Print out a transcript of records

You can create a verifiable transcript of records, showing your study results, in Ladok using your student account.

There are two different types of transcripts of records you can choose from:

  • Official transcript of records, showing your study results at Lund University
  • National official transcript of records, showing your study results from all Swedish universities.

You can also create two different types of certificates to show that you are admitted to and/or registered on courses at Lund University:

  • Certificate of anticipated participation, showing the courses that you are admitted to but not registered on yet
  • Certificate of registration, showing the courses you are registered on.

To create a transcript or certificate:

  • Log in to Ladok.
  • Click on 'Transcripts and certificates' in the main menu.
  • Click on 'Create'.
  • Select the type of transcript or certificate you want to create.
  • Fill in the required information.
  • Click on 'Create'.
  • Download the PDF-document.

Please contact your department or the International Desk if you need a manually signed transcript.
