“It has given me a wide and in-depth knowledge in wireless communications and communication technology in general.”
“The programme increased my knowledge in the field. My thesis work was directly related to the tasks I am undertaking currently.”
“It helped me to adapt to a multi-cultural environment since I came from another country. Also, it helped me get a chance to work with my professors who increase my confidence and knowledge of my area.”
“The programme has equipped me with fundamental and in some cases in-depth knowledge of modern wireless technologies. The opportunity to study and perform my thesis work under some of the pioneers of the field has instilled confidence in me to work in this field. I have learned new ways to approach a problem, perform independent research and generate ideas which have helped me in my career.”
“The Master's thesis proposed by a company, helped me a lot to get a job there, especially since the thesis was closely related to the 2nd year courses and our work was appreciated by the company. The courses Multiple Antenna Systems, Wireless Communications Channels and Project in Wireless Communication and a course in signal processing have benefited me a lot.”
“Professional networking”
“The programme helped me develop a basic foundation of knowledge in a different area of Wireless Communication, especially mobile communication, which I need in my day to day work.”
“Working with world-class researchers in the EIT-department who are at the cutting edge of some of the topics within the field of Wireless Communication, I obtained sufficient knowledge from a wide range of topics within the Wireless Communication programme - enough to start my PhD programme.”
“The programme touched some important Wireless Communication areas in terms of both application and deep understanding. The courses have offered exercises and projects that are very well suited to develop analytical thinking, problem-solving and scientific writing skills.”
“My current employment is within the Wireless Communication field of work. The programme boosted my knowledge and skills that are required for working in this field, that is, up-to-date technical knowledge in telecommunication engineering, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis, to name a few.”
“The education, in general, is great. The course "Project in Wireless Communication" helped my understanding of the general programme a lot. The programme helped me understand better how to transmit ordinary analogue data or information from point A to B. Having this knowledge makes me very versatile in the entire IT industry.”
“I am overall very satisfied with my experience with the programme. I consider nowadays, 6 years after graduation, that the curriculum allowed me to get a good grasp of the different areas within the context of Wireless Communications. It is probably one of the best choices I have made in my life.”
